Having spent more than 20 years crafting his skill, chef-owner Koichi has developed a modern Japanese fusion menu that draws inspiration from European cooking techniques. Expect classic sushi presented in imaginative ways and French desserts that use Asian ingredients, such as green tea and yuzu juice.

Get the full experience with the degustation menu or go a la carte. Favourites include a variety of fresh sashimi, small plates such as squid ink tempura calamari, deep-fried tofu, and beautifully marbled wagyu beef steak.
