Fogo Brazilian BBQ Experience

Welcome to Fogo, the Brazilian BBQ experience in the heart of Queenstown.

Since opening in 2019, Fogo’s charcoals have been BBQ’ing juicy, perfectly-seasoned succulent cuts for serious meat-lovers. Get stuck in after a day of adventuring around a blazing churrasco, that's a Brazilian BBQ for those who didn't know.

Settle into the informal dining hall to sample a selection of meaty goodness with their delicious à la carte BBQ platters. Choose from the mini chur for one or the Boteco for two, served with traditional mouthwatering Brazilian sides like garlicky black beans, potato salad, Brazilian rice, salsa and chimichurri. Vegetarians are also well looked after with the veggie mini chur platter, including authentic fried crumbed banana.

Can you be tempted to create your own delicious Brazilian cocktails? The choice is all yours with a fun interactive menu where you choose which spirit to pair with a tropical flavour. Keep it traditional with a Caipirinha, or branch out to a mango and chilli Caipiquila (tequila). Wine fans out there will enjoy the New Zealand and South American-centric wine list, curated to perfectly pair with BBQ meats.
