Casetta arrives at the dinner table in Eatspace at O'Connell's, bringing with it a slice of traditional Italy.

The Italian word for 'little house,' Casetta, conveys boundless warmth upon entering Eatspace's newest dining addition – an invitation to linger for a moment or a while. Welcoming guests like family, this modern trattoria celebrates quality and simplicity in both its cuisine and surroundings.

Grab a stool at the open kitchen and watch your dishes come to life – and pull up a chair at the large sharing table, the epicentre of all the action. Bowls of pasta fresca are cooked straight from the heart, inspired by the kind of Nonna used to make. The team likes to keep their offering simple, they’re pasta masters after all, but don't mistake simple for boring!

The basil pesto genovese is a crowd pleaser, and it's not often you find carbonara like this down under. For those wanting one of their amazing 9-inch Neapolitan pizzas, expect a perfectly blistered base and classic toppings, like pepperoni. Think big plates of beautiful pasta, and moreish fresh pizza.

Casetta at Eatspace offers a taste of Italy right here. Experience a warm welcome, returning time and again, and feeling completely at home in this Italian eatery. Discover other venues within Eatspace.
