Hachi Hachi Cashel is a dining experience like no other - offering a fantastic range of fresh, summer BBQ-style sushi BBQ burgers, as well as traditional Japanese options. The philosophy of "Hachi Hachi" is one based on equality. They want their Japanese food to be enjoyed by anyone and everyone who craves it - including you! Everything is made fresh that very day.

Overwhelmed by the choice? Go for the classic: the sushi burgers have been a hit since day one. In true burger form, rice buns sandwich stuffing from beef to chicken, pork to vegan/vegetarian. The teriyaki ninja must be tasted to be believed: juicy grilled chicken and sticky teriyaki are squeezed between rice buns.

Whilst burgers dominate the bill, the menu also encompasses classic Japanese flavours: sashimi platters, fresh nigiri or all-time favourite sushi rolls are paired with similarly classic side dishes such as edamame and miso. There's just so much to sample, so many reasons to come back time and time again.

With a casual ambience, Hachi Hachi Cashel is great for lazy lunches, bustling dinners - and everything in between. It's the perfect pit stop after a day's shopping, pre-show if you're in need of a quick bite, or just head straight through if you're feeling peckish.
Fast, fresh, and delicious - watch the team in action, preparing sushi as you've never seen it before.
