Perched in the heart of Elderslea, Kitchen Hilltop is the neighbourhood spot where warm hospitality meets bold, cross-continental flavour.

By casting a loving eye over the classics while embracing modern touches, the kitchen brings together the comfort of time-honoured Indian recipes and the spark of Chinese fusion. The result is food that feels familiar yet fresh, crafted for lingering catch-ups and easy family feasts.

From the tandoor's smoky kiss to slow-simmered gravies, the cooking is generous and aromatic. Guests can start with delicate bites like dahi k sholay or the fiery crunch of Chicken 65, alongside seekh kabab and char-grilled lamb chops.

For the main course, fragrant curries take centre stage - from the chicken masala chef special and a fiery vindaloo to rich seafood options like king prawns masala or prawn korma.

Vegetarians are equally well looked after with butter paneer, a Kitchen Hilltop special, and velvety dal makhani. Fluffy biryani, aloo prantha and jeera rice round out the table with comforting heft.

To finish, little diners are welcomed with gentle favourites, while classic sweets such as gulab jamun and mango kulfi make a happy finale.

Gather your favourites, settle in and let the tandoor and the wok do the talking - a delicious meeting of minds, and spices!
