Located in Hamilton, The Chilli House serves an authentic Sichuan experience that is rare to find outside China.

The décor is carefully curated and inspired by the owners’ Sichuan roots, from iconic red lanterns to the “Chuanju Qingyi” Sichuan opera mask, an art form with more than five centuries of history. The overall effect makes their passion for preserving regional customs clear.

The Chilli House has contributed to classic Sichuan cuisine with many signature dishes, including noodles and exclusive dumplings developed in-house. The owners, who hail from northern China, created the handmade dumplings. Made with wholesome, all-natural ingredients, they capture classic Sichuan flavours with a light, satisfying finish. The menu also features an impressive range of cold and hot dishes, Chinese and Western alike.

After years of meticulous craft, the kitchen team has perfected every essential element of each dish. At the heart of their flavour is “Liu Mi,” a house blend woven through many creations, giving The Chilli House its unmistakable and exclusive taste.
