Cocktail Library & Dessert Bar in Rotorua City Centre is a one-of-a-kind venue, where class meets dessert.

It’s a little space with a big name, and with good reason. Their newly kitted-out, exclusive bar serves up some of the best tipples in town, alongside a menu featuring impeccable dishes. Handled only by the best from across the globe, you can count on tasting some of the finest flavours Rotorua’s city centre has to offer.

So, what’s for dessert? The art of indulgence here earns a number one spot, as it’s where the real magic begins. Freshly made, the pumpkin cheesecake is silky and spiced, topped with salted caramel, toasted marshmallows, and pistachio toffee. For a rich and decadent option, the double chocolate lava cake comes paired with vanilla bean ice cream and butterscotch syrup. The Irish cream tiramisu is a glorious take on the Italian classic, this time finished with toasted hazelnuts and a touch of fresh fruit.

But wait, even the simple bar snacks are elevated to the nines. Dive into a plate of Moroccan prawns with mango chutney and you’ll see what we mean. Or share a plate of loaded fries, garnished with crisp bacon and a generous dollop of sour cream, guaranteed to get the conversation flowing.

Don’t let the short menu title fool you, there’s more choice than you’d expect, not to mention a rotation of monthly specials. Discover the divine creations and plan your evening’s sweet adventure over dessert.
