dinner

Plates are stacked high with fantastic food at CBK Craft Bar & Kitchen in Rotorua, a lively social hub nestled between the old post office and the ANZ bank.

Blending the old with the new, this modern venue is all about giving you and your friends the meal you deserve, in the perfect setting, too. So, expect top-notch grub and a vibrant atmosphere.

The burgers and flatbreads offer temptations by the artisanal dozen. We recommend the classic CBK smash burger with bacon, double cheese, and caramelised onions, or the hot honey flatbread.

For a tender bite, the lamb ribs are braised and served with chimichurri and whisky pepper sauce; simply juicy. If you're in the mood for Asian-inspired dishes, why not try the bao bun filled with slow-cooked beef cheeks and slaw, or the Korean popcorn cauliflower, tossed in your choice of spicy BBQ, sea salt and vinegar, or firecracker sauce, and served with a creamy aioli?

With large communal tables and hidden nooks and crannies, it’s the perfect place for a cracking night out with the locals. What are you waiting for?
