Set beside a geothermally heated pool, Brasserie Poolside Restaurant is a bright, welcoming start to the day in Rotorua City Centre. Within Millennium Hotel Rotorua, it is a blend of a relaxed waterside outlook and a café-style rhythm, creating a vibrant space where mornings feel effortlessly easy.

The kitchen keeps things fresh and familiar, offering a full hot buffet. Think flaky croissants and Danish pastries, yoghurt and Bircher muesli layered with berry compote and chia seeds, and a tidy selection of cold cuts with cheese and greens.

For something warming, there are soft scrambled eggs and waffles ready for a drizzle of maple syrup. Barista-made espresso, freshly brewed coffee, and teas keep the mood buoyant.

Service moves at a friendly clip, the atmosphere stays easy-going, and the poolside setting adds a gentle holiday note to even the busiest of mornings. For an energising breakfast in the heart of the city, this brasserie sets the tone just right.

Make a morning of it - claim a table by the water, linger over coffee, and dive into the day with style!
