dinner

Mozzarella & Co. brings a sunny Mediterranean spirit to Queenstown’s CBD, channelling the region’s love of good produce into food made for sharing.

Located in the Voco hotel and led by executive chef Matias, the kitchen leans into robust flavours and clean, confident cooking, designed to let Central Otago ingredients shine.

The brief's simple: order a few small plates, a few large, and let the table fill up as the evening unfolds.

Generous, flavour-driven cooking takes centre stage. Bright tuna crudo, savoury porchetta skewers, and warm, salt-crusted focaccia set an inviting rhythm for the table.

From there, the menu expands into handmade pastas, wood-fired pizzas, and hearty mains. Rich beef ragù pappardelle and classic bucatini carbonara deliver pure comfort, while baked market fish in saffron-puttanesca cream offers a coastal touch. Wood-fired options range from timeless Margherita to fiery salami piccante.
