Leaving a lasting impression on everyone who steps through their door, this charming little eatery has plenty of stories to tell.

They’ve been lodged at Queentown’s Copthorne Hotel for many years now and have garnered a reputation for being a comforting piece of home. The restaurant itself is understated and rustic, leaving room for the show-stopping view to shine. Located on the second floor and with glass walls overlooking the adventure town, the snow-capped Remarkables are so close you can almost touch them.

And seeing as one of NZ’s most iconic mountain ranges is right there, it makes sense to pair them with NZ’s favourite dishes. That’s right, we’re hunkering down with all the pub classics, including fish & chips, squidgy pork belly burgers and an impressive ribeye with a red wine jus.

There are also a handful of pizzas to choose from, as well as some small plates to enjoy alongside. And if you have any space left, a tiramisu is the cherry on top of the cake. How’s that for a delicious impression?
