I had heard good things about the breakfast at elements so decided to try out the dinner menu. It was delicious. Being a vegetarian I sometimes find it hard to find a restaurant that does good meat and seafood dishes but also has a good vegetarian selection too and elements does just that. I had the egg plant steak with a side of creamy mash and it was heavinly, I want it again already! The mash was super soft and flavoursome and the mixture of ingredients on my egg plant steak from the asparagus and lentil base, to the chiplote stylr sauce really complimented each other for a mouth watering finish. Also my cocktail (aperol spritz) was very delicious and actually a very decent size, so was way worth the money. Our server (I unfortunately forgot her name) was extremely friendly and helpful and she even devided our bill for us at the end. She gave great recommendations and her manors wetr second to none. My friends and I had a fantastic experience dining here and would 100% return in the future and recommend to anybody else considering visiting. 11/10.

At first we were a Little hesitant as the restaurant was in a hotel but the service and the food was incredible. We had the kids fish and chips, seafood pasta, lamb and a Sirloin steak. Everything was cooked exactly to our order.

Elements was the last dinner outing stop before we made our way back North. We were after some juicy NZ meat and it certainly delivered. 2 of us got the Angus Eye Fillet while the other 2 in the group got the Lamb Hot Pot. I was very happy with my Fillet and definitely had the flavour I was after. The staff have been very friendly and welcoming, and a massive shout out to Ronja for looking after us (and getting us back to pick up the camera we accidentally left behind!) We would definitely come back, perhaps to try their Tapas and Classic next time around.

We would certainly recommend Elements as a quality restaurant to dine at in Queenstown at a reasonable price. There is a varied choice of dishes with an emphasis on NZ iconic dishes. The staff are only too happy to explain the dishes and meet any specific requests. We will certainly return.

Our group of French, USA and NZers ranked Elements highly, both for service and food. Gustavo was very knowledgeable and went out of his way to assist us in a most friendly manner. The beef ribs were a favorite among our group and the lamb rump was cooked to perfection. Elements would have to be our favorite in Queenstown for both quality and value for money.

I was very impressed with both the quality of the food and the service at Elements. I have a fairly complex diet including gluten free, dairy free and vegetarian and the waitress understood my requirements and was careful to check with the chef exactly what I could and could not select from the menu, which had ample choice. I will definitely go there again, and recommend to all.

Elements Bar and Restaurant is a great central option in Queenstown with delicious food options, reasonably priced drinks and fantastic service!
Four of us dined here for dinner and each were very impressed, particularly with the quality of the food and service. There was a great range of reasonably priced options within the menu and each of our meals were cooked perfectly! From the beautifully cooked eye fillet; to the slow cooked beef short rib that melted in your mouth; to the tender lamb and authentic butter chicken- that were all served with delicious sides- we could not fault the food! Further, our experience at Elements Bar and Restaurant was topped with 10/10 service from Pierre and Jorge, who were very friendly and attentive throughout the night! We highly recommend Elements Bar and Restaurant if you’re looking for somewhere central in Queenstown, that has great service and a delicious range of reasonably priced meals and drinks!

The best dining experience during my 9-day stay in Queenstown. Very helpful staff and decent food at reasonable price. We had seafood chowder, grilled sirloin, salmon and chocolate fondant. Highly recommended.

What an awesome meal - couldn't fault it. The steak (eye fillet) was the best we've ever had, the sides were really nice particularly the gnocchi which were little pillows of deliciousness and the salad with quinoa was amazing.

Phenomenal Meal
Elements Restaurant scores well in every category. Food is fresh, delicious and generous portions. If specified, food is cooked to requirement/request. Vanilla Creme Brûlée is a delicious dessert choice. Staff are professional and personable. Certainly one of our best meals in Queenstown, look forward to returning...

This is one of Queenstown's best-kept secret for dining out, everything was perfect, great welcome from friendly staff on arriving. Menu explained and options Excellent food well presented and tasty. A very pleasant meal out with friends nothing was a bother and staff were just great very professional and friendly. Thank you all. You would not be disappointed to dine here.

Lovely food, great service! Would definitely go back, our food was fantastic. I will say that we definitely felt a little out of place, being some of the only under 60's in the restaurant :)

The steaks here are delicious, I had the eye fillet and my partner had the rib eye. Both were render and perfectly cooked. The eye fillet was definitely a better price it near, much more tender and tastier. For entrees we had the tiger shrimp which there were only 2 of and they tasted alright but nothing amazing and the garlic bread which was fine but nothing special. The deserts all sounded a bit boring so we didn't try them. Service was adequate but nothing special

The food was excellent and the service was friendly and attentive, despite the restaurant getting busy as the evening went on, with appropriate time between courses for a leisurely evening. People in more of a hurry may have thought it was a little long, but I am sure the staff would have obliged if that was an issue.

For our mains we had the lamb rump, salmon and butter chicken and everyone loved their meals. For dessert we had the chocolate fondant and creme brulee which was also amazing. I would definitely recommend Elements and I just really wish I had gone there sooner! We will be back!

Spur of the moment booking. We were first time diners at this restaurant and we were super happy with our choice. Staff were attentive, friendly and knowledgable. Meals promptly served and all were well presented and delicious. The chowder was one of the best we have had. Lamb and sirloin mains cooked to perfection.

It is our second time dining at Elements because of its delicious food, friendly staff and great hospitality. The warm welcome we receive upon entering the restaurant makes you really feel at home. The staffs are super friendly and know what the food is and all the portions.
We would recommend the butter chicken, roast chicken and the veg cutlet from our menu. Its must try is soup of the day as its different everyday but worth paying money for. We would love to go back and dine in again at Elements. In overall, we would rate all the services 10 out 10.

Amazing food and service, my boyfriend and I went here for his birthday and were very pleased with everything. We had the herb and garlic bread for a starter then the vegetable linguine and crumbed lamb for main. The serving size for the lamb was a tad small but with the garlic bread starter it was enough. The linguine was amazing. Will definitely be back!

The wait staffs were quite attentive. Though we requested to have an outdoor seating, we were told that we will have to use the bar menu. I understood that but it’s a shame the outdoor tables aren’t to be used for restaurant dining as the view is beautiful there. We ordered fillet steak and Akaroa salmon. The salmon is perfectly cooked. However the my steak meal could have been better. The mushroom purée was covered by a very dry roasted potato. I think the meal was prepared by inexperienced chef or someone who doesn’t care about the food that comes out from his/her kitchen. This maybe just a one off experience as our experience before with this restaurant is always great.

Food was very nice albeit service was a little slow (although they were very busy, which is usually another benefit of First Table) in that it took over an hour to get our meals when others who arrived much later than us were being served (so maybe a mix up in the kitchen). Staff were friendly and we'll be back again.

The restaurant is part of an Accor hotel but had good reviews so we gave it a try. On arrival the service was friendly and efficient we ordered our meals and drinks which arrived promptly. The staff were great the steak dinners were also very good and cooked as ordered the atmosphere was relaxed a very pleasant evening at a great price.

Very pleasant restaurant. Salmon starters were excellent as was the main course of lamb rump. Fish of the day (sole) would have benefited from the addition of a simple sauce as it was very dry. Waitress was very friendly. A good night out though

Our lovely waitress changed the seating around so we had a view of the Lake and garden area first off, we were up on the second floor, so you also overlooked giant snow flakes that slowly rotated around. She was very helpful in suggesting starters of the squid and prawns; both very yummy.
The lamb rump was the best I have tasted:: beautifully seared on the outside, but moist and tender inside. Blue cod fish and chips was our other main. We managed to squeeze in a lovely lemon delicious dessert: the sorbet was very velvety and it finished off a beautiful meal,
Would definitely love to go back for another meal there.
Thanks First Table: we are certainly trying out more restaurants because of your special deals.

We weren’t expecting much, as Elements is a hotel restaurant...but from the moment we arrived...the service was fantastic. We had two female servers...who were incredibly helpful and attentive without being overbearing. We had the pork belly tapas as a starter, which was lovely. I had the eye fillet and hubby had the braised lamb hotpot. My steak was cooked perfectly, and hubby loved his main as well.
We weren’t tempted by anything on the dessert menu..but would definitely bring the kids here next time we’re in Queenstown. Exceeded our expectations.
