The lunch and dinner menus showcase the very best of Vietnamese cuisine. Start your meal with the succulent, fish cake rolls, complete with crispy rice paper rolls, fish cake curls, a sweet and tangy cucumber-onion chutney, all topped with crushed peanuts.

Alternatively, opt for the miang salmon, brimming with fresh salmon cubes, lemon, red onion, and a tangy chilli dressing.
Dinner mains celebrate some of the best of the east. The duck red curry is a firm favourite, with grilled duck breast served with a rich red curry sauce. Accompanied by baby tomatoes, green beans, lychees, grapes and slices of green and red chilli, the duck red curry is full of zingy, zesty flavours. Similarly, there's the velveteen creamy tom yum soup with onions, baby tomatoes, mushrooms, lemongrass, and soft Thai herbs.
