Nestled amidst the tranquil trees of Redwood, Curry Time Restaurant in Christchurch, New Zealand tantalises taste buds with its delectable array of Indian cuisine.

For meat enthusiasts, the menu boasts achari tikka – a harmonious blend of chicken, pickling spices and yoghurt – and tandoori chicken, marinated in a tantalising symphony of yoghurt, lemon juice and Indian spices. The garlic kebab, a masterful creation of chicken, yoghurt, garlic and Indian spices, is not to be missed.

Seafood lovers are equally catered for, with fish tikka featuring succulent gurnard fish infused with select spices, and prawn pakora enveloped in a crispy chickpea batter.

Vegetarians are not forgotten at Curry Time. Onion bhaji, a delightful combination of chickpea batter, onions and spices, paneer pakora – cottage cheese enveloped in a light chickpea flour batter – and tandoori mushroom marinated in garlic and yoghurt, offer a full-flavoured feast. From bite-sized vegetable pakora to the wholesome vegetable samosa, plant-based diners will be delighted with the vibrant flavours.
