Degustation menus might include the likes of spiced carrot soup, groper with avocado puree and cheese souffle with roasted fig. Look out for quirky delights such as a fully edible avocado (made from goats cheese and chocolate) and deconstructed fruit crumble disguised as an apple.

The spectacular cocktail list is equally creative, while wines are expertly chosen to complement the cookery to perfection.
