Located at the City campus, Visions on Campus is a fully licensed restaurant offering a relaxed dining experience in a setting unlike any other. Every service is brought to life by students studying cookery, hospitality and hospitality management, who guide the experience from kitchen to floor.

The Italian small plates menu showcases refined flavours and careful technique. Begin with chargrilled bruschetta with marinated mozzarella and roasted tomatoes, followed by hazelnut gnocchi as a comforting main. To finish, thyme-poached pears with chilled marsala zabaglione and pistachio crumb offer a delicate and satisfying end.

A family-style French bistro menu brings a different rhythm to the table. Classic onion soup opens the meal with warmth and depth, before pan-seared akaroa salmon with mussels in garlic cream and chive oil takes centre stage. Dessert arrives as rum baba with orange, pistachio and chantilly cream, generous and full of character.
