The light-filled dining room with high ceilings and a colour palette of soothing neutrals makes it ideal for lingering over seasonal salads, house-made pasta and antipasti.

The food is inspired by coastal European culture. Expect produce-driven dishes geared toward fabulous wine and flowing conversation. Enjoy mouthwatering meat dishes including crumbed pork cutlets, nibbles such as radicchio & blue cheese tartine and fish so fresh it tastes like a kiss from the sea.

A tight, well-considered list of beers, sodas and spirits allows the superb wine cellar to take centre stage. Expect a weekly changing rotation with a global focus.

With the ability to be both intimate and convivial, Earl works as well for dates as it does for big groups.
