dinner

Celebrate seasonal flavours with Twenty Seven Steps' set menu - a thoughtfully tailored dining experience pairing refined dishes with a premier selection of New Zealand and international refreshments.

To begin, alongside house-made bread and butter, guests can choose from an array of elegant starters, including the kitchen's soup offering, chargrilled sardine escabeche, roasted baby beets and blue cheese salad or rich duck liver parfait.

As the feast unfolds, beautifully crafted mains take the stage, such as Mountain River venison rump with duck fat potato fondant and parsnip purée, pan-fried fish of the night with brown shrimp butter, a vegan celeriac steak or a comforting winter risotto.

To round off the night, indulge in one of three decadent desserts, from vanilla crème brûlée to sticky date pudding or vanilla poached pear.

It's an invitation designed for lingering over great food, meaningful conversation, and memorable evenings with friends, family, and loved ones.
