In the heart of Christchurch, Pak Soii Eatery brings the vibrant spirit of Thailand's street food scene to a cosy, welcoming space where you'll find bold, authentic flavours that speak for themselves.

The kitchen draws on time-honoured family traditions and the Thai art of balance. Slow-simmered broths, like the one in the Bangkok boat noodles, offer depth and clarity, while the hand-formed Pak Soii pork bacho showcases the care behind its distinctively springy bite.

If you're after a little heat, the Pak Soii ocean dry noodles and tom yum noodles deliver a lively balance of flavours - bringing sweet, sour, salty, and spicy notes together with precision. Every bowl celebrates thoughtful technique, keeping the focus squarely on quality ingredients.

Casual and transportive, Pak Soii's made for unhurried moments at the counter, where the clatter of ladles mingles with conversation and each bowl feels personal. It's Thai street food distilled to its essence - soulful, satisfying, and full of quiet confidence.

Book a table now, and let Pak Soii Eatery whisk you to Thailand, one steaming bowl at a time!
