A vintage tea room specialising in cosy homemade eats, Lemon Tree Cafe is the perfect place to enjoy a lazy brunch or lunch with a gal pal or a loved one.

It's hard not to feel instantly endeared to this place. Not only is their name sweet and innocent, but the entire experience coddles you in sweet familiarity and a copious number of delicious homemade flavours. Clearly fans of elegant antiques and all the charm of the traditional British tearoom, they've opted for a vintage vibe that sees bird cages transformed into quirky lamps, old chairs revamped and polished to look brand-new, and heaps of collectables that are proudly displayed on the walls.

Their homemade meals are also part of their charm. Boasting chilled brunch vibes throughout the day, there's always an excuse for a plate of eggs benedict with potato hash and your choice of bacon, salmon or mushrooms. You could also go for the Lemon Tree Big Breakfast with all the delicious titbits or satiate your sweet tooth with a stack of lemon elderflower pancakes topped with berry compote, maple syrup and ice cream.

Lunchtime is when you can find sumptuous burgers and sandwiches. The southern fried chicken burger is every bit as crispy as you might expect, and the open steak sandwich is succulent, juicy and scrumptious with grilled onions, cheddar and a fried egg.

When life gives you lemons, make it all better with a Lemon Tree brunch!
