Copper Thief Eatery

The Copper Thief Eatery is a down-to-earth eatery with quirky décor and retro vibes. The name was inspired by an incident back in 1972, where copper thieves stole the bronze top from the Mt. Roskill Borough Council sundial.

These days, there’s no stealing going on here. Just good, honest food and drink for a fair price. Everything is made in-house and is designed to share. Roast vegetable salad, Jamaican goat curry, chicken and ribs all feature on the eclectic menu. There’s also a snack menu of seasoned nuts, jalapeno poppers, mac n’ cheese and other delights to keep hunger at bay.
