Founder and Thai food extraordinaire, Chang, has been leading this restaurant to success after success after he gained a loyal following from his foray as a street vendor. The proof is in the taste. And over at this eatery, less is more. With a few simple panels on the wall injecting colour and fun, plus some cutesy lanterns and Thai ornaments, it's understated while also having heaps of atmosphere. The menu is long enough and packed with enough tasty morsels to satisfy any craving. If it's noodles you're after, their 'C U' later noodles are loaded with veggies, your choice of meat and a rich soy sauce, while pad Thai is truly mind-blowing.
