Drawing inspiration from his childhood in Brazil, Head Chef Regi Gallina has crafted a menu of authentic, soul-warming dishes. Highlights include smoky grilled ciabatta topped with cherry tomatoes and buffalo mozzarella, chargrilled prawns marinated in sugar cane liqueur, and roasted eggplant served with crispy crostini.

For something heartier, try the beautifully tender rack of lamb, bursting with flavour and served with broccolini. Or, try the pork belly marinated in herbs and beer, served on a bed of feijão tropeiro (a mix of beans, collard greens, pork sausage, and pancetta), and finished with a bright guava sauce.
