Gemmi does pasta with purpose. The menu champions simplicity done well: from rich meatballs in spicy vodka sauce and pork ragù, to vibrant pesto pasta with pistachio and walnuts, and indulgent squid ink spaghetti.

For something lighter, we recommend the raw tuna with roasted tomatoes and basil oil, or the ever-refreshing beef carpaccio finished with Gemmi's signature tonnato dressing.
