dinner

Sitting seven stories high up an elevator and a hidden staircase, the Arborist Rooftop is truly Wellington's best-kept secret. Now, for the first time, it's fully renovated and winterised to provide shelter from Wellington's winds and a serene spot to enjoy sunsets, cocktails, and delicious food.

Embodying a true blend of relaxation and social energy, the large, airy space is like being suspended in a terrarium with ivy-covered walls and decadent sunlight that streams in the retractable roof. Stay cosy in winter, when the heaters and warm lights create a snug atmosphere perfect for intimate dinners or group catchups.

In true Arborist spirit, this urban oasis is adorned with greenery, providing a refreshing space to sip on your favourite cocktail and sample delicious platters or woodfired pizzas fresh from the oven. While the wine list is abundant, with options perfect for winding down or pre-dinner provocations, the Arborist is also home to some of Wellington's most noteworthy cocktails. Indulging in an Arborist Spritz will transport you to an enchanting world of organic city living in the heart of the busiest street in town. Whether Raspberry, peach, cucumber-infused, strawberry or classic Aperol, there's a spritz for everyone!
