Serving jet setters from all walks of life, Peloton Bar is encouraging passengers to arrive at the airport a little earlier than usual for some tasty scran before lift-off.

Housed in Rydges Wellington Airport, you'll find them at the north end of the terminal with a killer menu for lunch and supper. They offer exactly the kind of vibe you're looking for before a flight; chilled and familiar, they'll put any nervous flyers completely at ease with their flare for hospitality.

They offer an all-day menu that serves up the best pub food morning, noon and night. Whenever your flight happens to be, you're guaranteed a tasty meal over at Peloton's neck of the woods. First off are the burgers that come with prime beef patties and crispy Nashville chicken. Other larger plates play with premium meat and fish like Hereford prime beef fillet and fish & chips made from the catch of the day.

For the sharers amongst you, an artichoke and gorgonzola pizza might be just the ticket, or maybe you'd prefer a cheeseboard full of local cheeses and Mediterranean cold cuts. Then, bid those flight nerves well and truly goodbye and knock back a Marlborough pinot gris or rich red from Hawkes Bay.

Next stop, the skies!
