Where water, modern architecture and lush green surrounds meet for a truly impressive outlook, this is the city from a truly unique perspective. Inside One80, its resplendent and cosmopolitan, luxury furniture and glossy wooden tables serve as the only decoration to allow the view to speak for itself.
They present a one-of-a-kind cuisine in which Indian flavours are prepared using traditional French techniques. Using only trusted, local suppliers, you can enjoy the likes of pure Angus Beef Wellington with a silky béarnaise sauce and truffled potatoes. From Canterbury comes world-class lamb that's submerged in Indian spices for a Hyderabadi braised lamb shank whilst Ora king salmon is baptised in a Goan coconut curry with fennel. As for NZ's favourite pork belly, you will find that with black eye beans, apple and kale.
