Welcome to Martini on Jackson: your all-day destination for flavour, flair, and unforgettable vibes.

Nestled in the heart of Petone’s iconic Jackson Street, Martini on Jackson is the bold new name redefining what it means to be a local. Formerly known as Cheddar, this beloved spot has undergone a sleek and modern makeover. Think margarita-inspired décor, a few nights of smooth jazz and blues, and the kind of warm hospitality where the staff remember your name and your go-to order.

Open all day, Martini on Jackson transforms effortlessly from sun-up to sundown. In the morning, it's your friendly neighbourhood café, serving up expertly brewed espresso and beloved local breakfast classics like a silky eggs benedict on an English muffin or a warm, cosy seafood chowder.

As the evening rolls in, the space buzzes with energy and flavour, transforming into a chic cocktail and craft beer bar. The menu celebrates contrasts: laid back tapas-style bar snacks are for casual grazing, paired with decadent à la carte showstoppers like the rack of lamb or the lime fish. Want to try a true showstopper? Then go for the Martini duck lettuce cups. Tender duck tucked inside crisp lettuce, drizzled with sweet and spicy chilli hoisin sauce - truly an indulgent bite.

From classic cocktails, ten rotating taps of craft beer, an extensive wine list, and even coffees for those who want a more casual experience, every drink at Martinis is poured with care. But if you're a martini lover, this will become your new spiritual home.

Martini on Jackson isn’t just a bar or café; it’s a vibe, an experience, a delicious ritual. Drop in any time of the day and discover why it's quickly becoming Petone’s favourite all-day haunt.
