Mount Everest doesn't have to be on your bucket list but Everest Chullo should be. A Malaysian, Indian and Nepalese fusion, this eatery has reached the summit of Asian cuisine.

They're offering a very informal, canteen-like setting in which to tour three of the most spellbinding countries in Asia. Perfect for a quick bite or for an ultra laid-back supper with mates, Everest Chullo disposes of frills and instead lets the food speak for itself.

So, which mountain fuel will you choose? First up is Everest Chullo's range of mountain snacks that work wonderfully as tasty starters. From smashed spiced potatoes to Nepali chaat and shared meat and veggie platters, these are the most comforting of morsels to set you up for the wild adventure ahead.

For mains, the Indian curries weigh in. You can find all the familiar favourites your heart desires like butter chicken, chicken kadai, lamb rogan josh and goat curry. Vegetarians are well cared for too with daals, vegetable kormas and paneer-based curries to keep them going throughout the culinary ascent. Nepal gets a look in too with traditional mo mo dumplings, gorkhali curries and noodle soups.

Who knew that food tasted this good at the top of the world!
