Offering a Cali-Mexican experience that buzzes from morning to late night, Rosie's Red-Hot Cantina is a dynamic dining experience celebrating the coast and vibrant street scene of LA! Inspired by traveller Rosie, who landed in California and never left, this lively cantina proves it isn't just a taqueria - it's an occasion! Located on Wellington's iconic waterfront, its striking exterior offers bright, colourful and fun vibes in abundance.

Taking classics and adding a Rosie's twist, their tacos are unlike anything else. Standout fillings include the birria beef brisket, acting as a solid melody of smoky flavour, the spicy mango chicken with smoky adobo rub and a slight hint of heat, and a fish tinga taco loaded with panko-crumbed fish goujons, pickled pink onions, and green sauce. Or why not go all-American with their iconic street food burger? Load it up with all the toppings or keep things classic with just a slice of cheese.

From tempting starters and dance-worthy tacos to hearty mains and a heavenly dessert, Rosie’s makes sure the fun doesn't stop with dinner. Grab some monster nachos piled high with all your favourite toppings, pretend you're in New York with their comforting mac 'n' cheese, or indulge your sweet tooth with a chocolate lava cake.

Renowned for their frozen margaritas (in multiple flavours, of course) and local draughts on tap, there's every excuse to order something to drink, too. So, wind down, relax, and enjoy a true slice of California's vibrant coast at Rosie's Red-Hot Cantina!
