Not one to compromise on quality, WOLF’s set menus focus on the finest, organic New Zealand cuisine. Led by experienced head chef Jigar Rajput and his team, choose from two degustation menus, both with an emphasis on seasonality, presenting a curated selection of dishes that spotlight the best local produce and artisanal ingredients of the region.

Your three-course culinary adventure begins with a choice of one of their expertly crafted entrées: the crudo, duck liver parfait, or potato & onion foam. As you move on to the main course, you're faced with a challenging decision: the signature, 28-day in-house dry-aged Savannah Angus eye fillet; the freshest line-caught fish of the day served with eggplant & lemon puree, or their indulgent twice-baked triple cheese souffle.

For a truly sumptuous feast, opt for the five-course set menu, which begins with your choice of Oyster, natural, beer battered, or grilled with BBQ sauce. Followed by the same sumptuous choice of entrees as the three-course menu. This is followed by either the fresh catch of the day or the twice-baked triple cheese souffle, culminating with a second main, the Savannah Angus Eye fillet.
