Head Chef Roy has more than eight years’ experience in the discerning Wellington dining scene as well as a wealth of international experience including in his native Malaysia. Roy is known for his experimental approach and dedication to excellence. His food philosophy comprises of four elements; fresh produce, quality ingredients, passion for food and honesty.

Popular dishes on the Jardin Grill menu include pepper rubbed pork belly from the rotisserie complemented with charred onions, crushed green olives and Armagnac prunes, and seared line caught fish with squid, baby cucumber, fennel and squid ink sauce.
