Ready to 'meat' the perfect match? Step into WOLF by Foxglove, a sleek and stylish hideaway within Wellington’s beloved Foxglove Bar & Kitchen, where serious steak lovers can savour a rare and juicy indulgence. WOLF channels the bold glamour of New York’s iconic steakhouses, blending masculine elegance with plush leather booths, moody lighting, and waterfront views worthy of a cinematic dining moment.

The menu leads with confidence. This is a meat-lover’s paradise, where the ribeye is dry-aged for 28 days and marbled to perfection. The line-caught crudo, served with blood orange, smoked salt, and green oil, is a delicate luxury, while the chargrilled lamb chops with celeriac puree, braised silverbeet, and lamb jus are sure to impress.

The sides are anything but an afterthought. Truffle mac ‘n’ cheese steals the show, while the beef fat roast spuds with rosemary salt bring bold backup to every bite.

Start the evening in decadent fashion with a whisky luge alongside bone marrow steak tartare, a curated cocktail in hand, or a glass from the extensive wine list. Perfect for date nights, deal closers, or indulgent escapes, WOLF serves more than just food – it truly raises the steaks.

Kindly note Wolf by Foxglove is part of a supervised licensed venue, therefore patrons must be over 18 or accompanied by a parent or a legal guardian.
