dinner

At Wingin It Pizzeria in Lake Hāwea, classic Italian comfort meets the vibrant pulse of the subcontinent.

The team leans into Neapolitan foundations and folds in Indian-inspired ideas, turning familiar favourites into purposeful, flavour-driven fusion. Respectful of tradition, dishes are served from a food truck set against the majestic Southern Alps, where the space hums with an energy that invites curiosity.

Pizzas arrive with confidence, from a pesto-brightened Margherita to a garlicky three-cheese pie over silky béchamel.

Beyond the slice, comforting bowls feature rich lamb meatball gnocchi and earthy portobello mushroom spaghetti. Parmigiana takes pride of place, whether served classically or draped in a creamy butter chicken sauce that nods to Desi decadence.

Little touches round out the spread with warm garlic bread and smoked aioli fries, while younger diners enjoy Hawaiian pizza and mac and cheese.

Bring your friends, your family, and an appetite for something different, then let the flavours take flight at Wingin It - go on, wing it!
