The Oxley Big Breakfast stacks bacon, poached eggs, sausage, mushrooms, tomato, avocado and beetroot hummus on sourdough, flowing seamlessly into the Greenie with poached eggs, rosti, greens, crispy kale and zesty green hollandaise for a vibrant, flavourful start.

Lighter bites include the Birds Bowl, where tender chicken meets kumara, poached egg, baby spinach, brown rice and carrot and zucchini noodles, all drizzled with creamy satay. The Humble Bowl follows with falafel, quinoa, kumara, seaweed salad and the same irresistible dressing.
