Adriana's Caffe and Ristorante has been part of Hamilton’s culinary fabric since the mid-nineteen eighties, when Adriana - a vivacious talent from Rome - opened the city's first real Italian ristorante. Today, its spirit remains proudly contemporary, channelling Italian traditions through a modern lens while staying true to the straightforward pleasures that made it a local original.

The kitchen leans into bold, sunlit flavours: fettunta brushed with garlic and lush extra virgin olive oil, or bruschetta con pancetta e spinacci that balances savoury richness with leafy freshness.

Pastas arrive with a sense of occasion - spaghetti marinara con gamberi e cozze swims with coastal character, while lasagne al ragù is comfort, layered and slow, with tomato, meat and molten cheese playing in harmony.
