Regi's Fusion Kitchen & Bar

Regis Fusion Kitchen and Bar is a place which always offers a relaxed, fun and delicious dining experience.

Regis menu is designed to share and he predominantly uses New Zealand sourced ingredients. The dishes are a fusion of Mediterranean, Italian, Spanish and South American flavours.

Their shared plates are robust with intense flavours. Regi's style of menu allows diners to experience a great variety of distinctive and adventurous flavours. Dishes include Tropical Pork Belly; marinated in beer, lime and herbs, slow cooked, served with parsnip puree, tropical vinaigrette topped with honey balsamic pomegranate. Another popular shared dish is the Arancini di Riso; Italian creamy risotto balls, panko crumbed, stuffed with brie, served with tomato basil sauce with garlic aioli.

My first experience on my journey to becoming a professional chef was all about ‘real food’ and ‘homemade food’. Our shared plates are a perfect way to demonstrate this.
