Start the day buzzing or wind down with bold bites at Upside Down – a Taranaki hotspot serving up early eats and lively dinner meals.

With a relaxed vibe, friendly faces and a menu built on fresh, free-range goodness, it’s no wonder this Hāwera favourite keeps locals coming back.

Proudly local, every plate is crafted to be as sustainable as it is seriously tasty. Breakfasts hit the spot – whether it’s a hearty Big Breakfast or a sweet stack of French toast loaded with bacon, caramelised banana, mascarpone, berry compote and more. For an extra kick, add crispy bacon or level it up with curly fries on top.

Get a wholesome twist with generous dishes that do not skimp on flavour. With gluten-free and plant-based options in the mix, there is something delicious to suit every craving – perfect for any kind of morning to evening plan.

Upside Down is where taste flips the script and good vibes stay on the menu – now that is a dining style worth sticking with.
