dinner

In the heart of Queenstown CBD, moments from Skyline, iFLY and Kingpin, Prospects sets out its stall as a modern New Zealand restaurant with a generous, distinctly Kiwi spirit.

It's an elevated buffet experience that champions premium local produce, inviting diners to settle in, graze at leisure and savour the best of New Zealand in one sitting.

Central to the offering are wood-fired steaks kissed by smoke, pristine seafood, and seasonal vegetables and desserts. Flavours are clean and ingredient-led, letting fine components speak for themselves while the fire adds its signature char. From first plate to final sweet, it's a celebration of regional bounty served with modern polish.

Versatile by design, Prospects suits everything from date nights to group celebrations. The mood is contemporary, creating a setting ideal for locals and visitors fresh from adventure.

Whether topping up a plate or marking an occasion, guests will find an experience that feels sophisticated yet relaxed, bountiful yet finely tuned to Queenstown’s vibrant centre.
