A cosy hideaway in Country Lane, Frankton, SUNDAYS is your neighbourhood eatery and drink(ery) located in a stunning restored church from 1933!

Serving up honest fare influenced by the many different flavours of Europe, and using flame from the wood-fired oven (the centrepiece of the restaurant), the menu heroes Neapolitan-style pizza – complete with housemade sourdough bases and all kinds of toppings, from smoked salmon with honey crème fraîche to oyster mushrooms with béchamel, and prosciutto with mozzarella and artichokes.

Complementing the pizza, they’ve gone one step further with a range of fresh and delicious sharing plates such as tuna tartare, charred seasonal vegetables, Merino lamb ribs and cheesy pecorino churros. As for dessert, Italy wins once again with gelato, whilst other desserts head further south to Sicily for burnt lemon pie.

Choose whether to sit in the sunny outside courtyard, lawn area next to the beautiful neighbouring horses or inside the charming church, order up large and kick back with a sangria cocktail, local wine or tap beer in hand. Now, how's that for a perfect Sunday afternoon?
