At The Wayfarer you'll find plenty of captivating illustrations on and in the building, but food is what they're most passionate about. We're heading to the southern hemisphere for South American specialties, from the endless coastline of Peru for braised lamb shank simmered in stout, to the sky-scaping peaks of the Andes for chicken leg with patatas bravas, and right down to Argentina for beef ribeye in a Malbec jus.
