A Dunedin staple for two decades, Ironic Café & Bar opens an exciting new chapter with Ironic Sur - blending local café traditions with vibrant Argentine culture.

It's a welcoming space where regulars and newcomers feel right at home. From morning coffee to evening feast, it moves with the city’s rhythm while bringing two distinct culinary worlds together.

The seasonal menu keeps things fresh, offering seafood chowder or karage chicken tacos for lunch before switching to shared tapas by night - with nostalgic treats like bombe Alaska or chocolate lava cake to complete the meal.

Recognised for standout service and cuisine, Ironic's garnered accolades including Supreme Winner Café of the Year and the Beef and Lamb Excellence Award.

So book a table now and let Dunedin hospitality meet a little Latin lift, all at Ironic - the only irony's how quickly it becomes your habit!
