On Princes Street in Dunedin, Fusion of Flavours offers a unique blend of delicious drinks, creative cocktails, and meticulously crafted Indian dishes combined with flavours from around the world.

Begin with a small plate like the chicken tikka Punjabi—ginger, garlic, natural yoghurt, mustard oil, and marinated chicken served on naan and greens. The beetroot paneer kulcha is also an excellent choice, featuring fermented sourdough naan, toasted spices, and paneer cooked in the tandoor, offering a fantastic twist on this traditional dish.

Sample one of the curries, ranging from the milder butter chicken made with chicken and tomatoes then mixed with butter for a creamy finish, to the spicier lamb saagwala, which combines marinated pieces of lamb with mustard leaves, fenugreek leaves, spinach, and caramelised onions. The aromas from these mouth-watering curries are truly captivating.

If you’re in the mood for something truly special, why not try either the lamb biryani—lamb cooked with basmati rice, spices and sealed with pastry dough—or the nizam chicken biryani—chicken cooked with basmati rice, herbs, spices, and yoghurt then slow cooked. Finally, a selection of vegan dishes is also available. A delicious option is the chana masala, made with chickpeas cooked in tomato gravy and spices.

With its fantastic service, consistently high quality, and an incredible choice of mouth-watering dishes, Fusion of Flavours on Princes Street will undoubtedly provide an exceptional dining experience.
