A go-to local spot in Dunedin, Commons is a warm and inviting all-day spot with a fresh, modern feel. The cosy indoor space blends mid-century charm with contemporary touches, while the stylish heated outdoor area lets diners soak up the summer sun or stay comfortable when the temperature drops.

The evening menu is designed for sharing, offering a contemporary European twist on classic flavours. Expect a tempting selection of medium and large plates, from the utterly delicious citrus cured salmon to the pork belly, sweet soy and chipotle rub. For the vegetarians try crispy tofu bites, charred greens and halloumi or the soy mushrooms.

With its welcoming atmosphere and a kitchen known for its imaginative, flavour-packed dishes, Commons is always worth a visit. Drop by and see what the team is cooking up next!
