First Table welcoming former Air New Zealand Director Paul Bingham as Chair

We're delighted to announce today that we will be welcoming Paul Bingham into the role of Chair of our board of directors, effective post capital raise. With First Table open for investment to the general public, it's in the best interests of our shareholders that we appoint an experienced Chair.

Paul will bring extensive experience to our team, having served as COO and current Chair of Shuttlerock, a New Zealand start-up that grew into an international tech success story, with 300 staff and offices in seven countries. 

Paul has also served on the boards of Air New Zealand, Tourism New Zealand, and Ngai Tahu Tourism, and is currently serving as the Deputy Chair of ChristchurchNZ, the Chairman of Entrada Travel Group and the Chairman of Black Cat Cruises. 

When speaking to Paul, he expressed his excitement about joining First Table:

Personally, I'm thrilled to have someone of Paul's calibre and experience joining us. His governance, marketing and international scaling experience of New Zealand tech will be invaluable for First Table, as we take the next step on our journey by expanding into new markets and continuing to develop leading global hospitality technology solutions.
