Fernando’s Tacos channels the colour and bustle of Mexico’s streets.

The team prizes freshness, building flavour from the ground up: salsas bright with citrus, herbs chopped at the last minute, and slow-cooked fillings that hit all the comforting notes. It is a place where the tortilla is the canvas and every fold, scoop, and crunch tells a story. Expect an easygoing, sociable vibe made for catching up and staying a while.

Snacks set the tone, from tostadas that shatter under layers of refried beans, guacamole, salsa and pickled onion, to crab and corn empanadas with a sunny sweetness beside pico de gallo.

Tacos are the heartbeat - birria brisket delivers deep, savoury richness, while classic pork carnitas fall apart at a touch. Melted-cheese devotees will find solace in a quesadilla, and burritos arrive generously wrapped, bringing rice, beans, lettuce, and all the trimmings into harmonious balance.

To linger, churros with caramel and chocolate sauce or a warm brownie with ice cream provide the perfect sweet finish, best chased by an ice-cold Jarritos or a refreshing choice from the Coke range.

Gather fellow taco lovers and make a date for Fernando’s - a flavour-packed escape, holiday mode, one bite at a time!
