Eden Noodles Bar - Morningside brings a gracious spirit to Sandringham, Auckland, where gratitude meets gastronomy. The restaurant celebrates Chinese flavours with confidence and warmth, inviting diners to experience food made with heart.

The menu hums with Sichuan influence, from the comforting pull of dandan noodles to the bold embrace of spicy beef noodle soup. Small bites set the pace, including crisp spring rolls and deep-fried dumplings with special sauce, while chicken, prawn, and pork caviar wontons glide in silky broth.

Steamed treasures follow, such as special flavour pork mince shaomai and Sichuan chicken shaomai. Rice bowls like mapo tofu rice and special flavour pork mince rice round out the warmly spiced repertoire, offering hearty, satisfying finishes.

It is a kitchen that cooks with heart and serves with thanks. Diners are encouraged to book a table and let the noodles do the talking, with spice, soul, and a slurp or two awaiting.
