In the heart of Point Chevalier, Nomad Pizza & Wine Bar blends a local sensibility with a roving, global palate. At its core is a wood-fired kitchen that coaxes depth and character from seasonal New Zealand produce. The result is food that feels grounded yet exploratory, with smoky notes and bright accents playing in easy harmony.

Dishes are designed for the table, arriving with a sense of generosity and rhythm. The fire provides a lick of char and warmth, while influences from abroad add nuance and texture. It is confident, flavour-led cooking that invites conversation rather than demands it, the kind you graze through happily with a glass in hand and good company close by.

The mood is relaxed and convivial, a welcome fit for families, date nights and long-overdue catch-ups. Outside, sunlit tables bring a little Pt Chev buzz to the edge of your plate; inside, the hum of the room and the clink of well-chosen wines keep the evening unhurried. Settle in and share widely as Nomad proves that local and global can meet, mingle and get along famously.
