A taste of Italy by the bay, Papa Brizio brings North Shore sunshine to classic cucina. Nestled in the heart of Mairangi Bay, it's where flavour, comfort and style meet from lunch to last orders.

By day, the room hums with easy-going chatter and the aroma of artisan coffee - by night, it slips into a spirited coastal spot with a distinct Italian accent.

Through the afternoon, the menu showcases generous lunch mains, vibrant Mediterranean salads, and slow-braised specialities made with quality produce. From brisket open focaccia to crisp personal pizzas, it's relaxed, unhurried dining that rewards another sip, another slice, another sea-breezed moment.

As evening falls, the offerings lean into bistro favourites and a comforting Italian repertoire. Signature pizzas like the papa Brizio and the big smoke arrive blistered and fragrant, while bowls of fettuccine della casa and classic ragù lasagne promise silk, depth and warmth.

From catch of the day to a charry Scotch fillet steak, there's plenty to pair with speciality coffee, signature mocktails and refreshing craft beverages. To finish, round things off with a velvety limoncello cheesecake or tiramisù della casa, then linger a little longer.

Make a date by the bay and let Papa set the pace, one delightful course at a time.
