Twist & Tonic

On Beach Road in Mairangi Bay, Twist and Tonic brings a chic, comfortable lounge vibe to Auckland’s North Shore. It is the kind of place where handcrafted cocktails meet flavour-packed plates, with an easy elegance that suits unhurried afternoons as much as lively evenings.

The bar leads the conversation with an inventive drinks list. Classic gin and tonics are reimagined with modern flair, their mixers and garnishes elevated by fresh local botanicals so every sip feels bright, balanced and a little bit surprising. It is a celebration of craft, where familiar favourites find a polished new groove.

In the kitchen, the mood mirrors the glass: contemporary, confident and generous on flavour. Dishes are designed to play in harmony with the drinks, delivering bold tastes and satisfying textures without fuss. The result is a seamless, sip-and-savour experience that invites lingering and good company.

Settle into the stylish yet relaxed ambience, explore a round or two, and let the evening unfold. Book in, bring your best dining mates, and give your next catch-up a delicious twist.
